A bounded design-partner engagement.
A small, scoped way to evaluate BuffAIt™ on one real workflow, with the founders hands-on and under evaluation terms. It is an evaluation, not a production deployment.
What a bounded engagement is.
It is deliberately small. The aim is to find out, on work that matters to you, whether keeping authority, policy, and validation active during execution changes how that work behaves.
We work on a single workflow you choose, small enough to finish and specific enough to judge.
We look at what happens to that workflow when authority, policy, and validation stay active while it runs, and where that would have changed the outcome.
The BuffAIt founders work on the engagement directly.
It runs under evaluation terms, outside production. There is no production service level, and nothing in the engagement puts BuffAIt in your production path.
What you get, and what we need.
What you get
- A hands-on evaluation of one of your workflows, run with the founders.
- A clear view of where authority, policy, and validation would change the outcome.
- Direct access to the founders while the evaluation runs.
What we need from you
- A workflow owner who can make decisions about the workflow.
- De-identified sample traces, or a synthetic scenario we build together.
- A weekly check-in.
- If it goes well, we may ask whether you would be open to being a reference. That would be your choice, agreed separately.
Duration and structure.
We expect an engagement to run for several weeks.
- 01Scoping conversation
We confirm the workflow, who owns it, and what a useful result would look like.
- 02Agree the terms
We settle the written evaluation terms before any work starts.
- 03Evaluation
We run the workflow with a weekly check-in, using sample traces or a synthetic scenario.
- 04Closing review
We review what we saw together and decide whether to continue, extend, or stop.
What it is not.
- Not a production deployment, and not a commitment to become one.
- Not a service with production service levels.
- Not a promise of any particular performance outcome.
- Not a statement that any regulatory requirement is met.
Common questions.
What data do you need?
As little as possible. We ask for de-identified sample traces, or a synthetic scenario we build together, so no live customer data or regulated data is needed. Please do not send confidential, sensitive personal, regulated, or legally privileged information through the contact form.
How is confidentiality handled?
We agree written evaluation terms, including how confidential information is treated, before we exchange anything beyond a first conversation.
Who owns what comes out of it?
Ownership of anything produced during the evaluation is set out in the written evaluation terms before work starts, so neither side has to guess.
Does this put BuffAIt in our production environment?
No. The engagement is an evaluation outside production.
What happens at the end?
We review the results together and decide what happens next.
Start with a conversation.
Tell us about the workflow you have in mind. A first conversation does not require detailed workflow or technical information.
