1. Who we are

buffait.ai is operated by 3LT LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as BuffAIt. “3LT LLC,” “we,” “us,” and “BuffAIt” refer to the same entity in this policy. Contact us at hello@buffait.ai with any questions about this policy or your information.

2. What we collect

We collect information in two ways:

• Information you submit through our contact form. When you submit the contact form, we receive the fields you fill in: name, work email, company, role, reason for reaching out, and a brief description of your inquiry.
• Analytics information. If you accept analytics cookies via the consent banner, we use Google Analytics 4 to collect standard usage information (pages visited, session duration, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser characteristics). If you decline, no analytics scripts load and no analytics cookies are set.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16, and this website is not directed to them. Please do not submit confidential, personal, regulated, or legally privileged information through our forms.

3. How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and evaluate potential engagement.
• To operate and improve buffait.ai and understand which content is useful.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We do not sell your information. We do not use form submissions to train or fine-tune any AI model.

4. Who processes it on our behalf

Two service providers process information on our behalf:

• Resend — delivers form submissions to our team by email. Resend privacy policy.
• Google Analytics — collects site usage information only if you accept the consent banner. Google privacy policy.

The site is hosted on Netlify. GitHub hosts the source code. Neither receives your form submissions.

5. Cookies

We use two categories of cookies:

• Consent decision. When you accept or decline the analytics banner, we store your decision in your browser (localStorage). This keeps the banner from reappearing on every visit. It contains no personal information.
• Analytics.If you accept, Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish visitors and sessions. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set. You can change your decision at any time by clearing the “buffait-analytics-consent” value from your browser’s site storage, which will show the banner again on your next visit.

6. How long we keep it

Form submissions are retained in our email systems for as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your inquiry, and then according to our internal retention practices (currently up to 24 months from last contact). Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics default retention (14 months). You can request earlier deletion at any time.

7. Your choices

You may:

• Decline analytics on the consent banner at any time.
• Ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
• Ask us not to contact you further.

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@buffait.ai. We will respond within a reasonable time and, where required, within the timelines set by applicable law.

8. Security

Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS. Access to submitted information is limited to BuffAIt personnel who need it to respond to inquiries. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
